The cities of Antwerp (Belgium), Eindhoven (Netherlands), Milan (Italy), Manchester (UK), Carouge (Switzerland), Helsinki (Finland), Aarhus (Denmark), Porto (Portugal), Seongnam (South Korea) and Leon (Mexico) join Santander (Spain) in this effort to trigger new digital urban initiatives that will bring their various stakeholders together and will establish clear links and collaborations among each other, in the end, creating services useful for citizens of them all.

TST work will focus on the activities of the Santander cluster together with Santander Municipality innovation department and the University of Cantabria, as well as a collaboration with AtoS is expected.
